Three redundant high power graviton polarity generators located on Deck 34 make up the heart of the navigational deflector system. A series of powerful subspace field coils focuses the flux energy output of these generators. The main deflector dish consisits of a duranium framework onto which the emitter array is attached. The navigational deflector serves as a powerful tractor/deflector that sweeps thousands of kilometers aheadof the ship, pushing aside larger objects that serve as potential hazards.
